All orders received through our website are posted out using the postage option chosen by the customer. 

*UPDATE APRIL 2020* Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak postage times may vary depending on your location. Our international customers may be effected the most. Please make sure to check with your local postal company for updates. 

We offer various shipping methods and post using Royal Mail or DHL depending on the weight and size of the item. 

We offer a Signed For service which seems to be the most popular method of postage.


We are happy to offer and exchange or refund on items that are still in their "NEW" state. This means that the item is still sealed and has not been opened. 

Due to UK legislation and health and safety we cannot offer a refund on e-liquids that have been opened. This means that if the seal has been broken regardless of any contents having been used we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

If your product develops a fault* we can offer a refund or exchange. 

If a fault has come as a result of user error or we are able to verify that the item has been damaged deliberately then no refund or exchange will be offered on that item.
